We offer money back for returns or exchanges up to 30 days of the original purchase date. All returns/exchanges must be unworn, with original packaging and tags, and must be in perfect condition. Receipts must also be presented at the time of return/exchange. we will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item,etc.), otherwise it is the cumtomers responsibility for shipping costs or you can return it in the store for no additional charge.
Hair accessories and lingerie are final sale. Children’s hats and ladies headwear can be returned for money back within 3 days of the original purchase or within 7 days for store credit/exchange.
